Resolution in Support of Repealing
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Obamacare)
Whereas, The Constitution does not delegate medical care authority to the United States government; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, That the Nevada Republican Convention demands that the Governor and Legislature of Nevada interpose between the people of Nevada and the federal government to defend against unconstitutional laws; and
Resolved, That the Nevada Republican Convention directs the Secretary to distribute this resolution to Republican members of the Legislature, appropriate media, and ensure it is posted on the state party website
