Resolution Supporting Transparency
of Federal Law Enforcement Actions in Nevada
Whereas, Recent hostile actions by federal law enforcement authorities against Nevada residents have not been properly investigated;
Resolved, That the Nevada Republican Convention demands that the Governor, Attorney General, and Legislature of Nevada investigate all legal options for appointing an appropriate investigative authority to determine the facts of these events and present a report to the citizens of Nevada on their findings in the interest of preventing further violence and federal incursions; and
Resolved, That the Nevada Republican Convention directs the Secretary to distribute this resolution to Republican members of the Legislature, appropriate media, and ensure it is posted on the state party website
